Sponsorship Opportunities
The Construction Solutions Conference has three levels of sponsorship opportunities:
- Presenting Sponsor ($2,500 Cdn + GST) - 1 available
- Corporate Sponsor ($1,500 Cdn + GST) - 2 available
- Breakfast Sponsor ($1,500 Cdn + GST) - 2 available
- Luncheon Sponsor ($1,500 Cdn + GST) - 2 available
- Tabletop Exhibit Space ($395 Cdn + GST) - 12 available
Presenting Sponsor
Cost is $2,500 Cdn. Benefits include:
- Your corporate logo on the Calgary Construction Solutions Conference website
- Your corporate logo on the front cover of the conference program
- Your opportunity to introduce and thank conference chairman and speakers
- Your corporate logo on conference signage
- List of conference delegates provided on CD at conclusion of conference
- Your corporate brochure placed on each delegates chair
- Complimentary tabletop exhibit space
Corporate Sponsor
Cost is $1,500 Cdn. Benefits include:
- Your corporate logo located inside the conference program
- Your corporate logo on conference signage
- List of conference delegates provided on CD at conclusion of conference
- Your corporate brochure available to be picked up in the conference room
Breakfast Sponsor
Cost is $1,500 Cdn. Benefits include:
- Your corporate logo located inside the conference brochure
- Your corporate logo on conference signage
- List of conference delegates provided on CD at conclusion of conference
- Your corporate brochure available to be picked up in the conference room
- Specific signage at the breakfast with your corporate logo
Luncheon Sponsor
Cost is $1,500 Cdn. Benefits include:
- Your corporate logo located inside the conference brochure
- Your corporate logo on conference signage
- List of conference delegates provided on CD at conclusion of conference
- Your corporate brochure available to be picked up in the conference room
- Specific signage at the luncheon with your corporate logo
Tabletop exhibit space
Cost is $395 Cdn per space.
- There are twelve 5' x 10' exhibit spaces available
- The tabletop trade show scheduled times: 10:30 am - 10:45 am and 12:15 pm - 1:30 pm
Sponsorship and tabletop positions will be reserved on a first come first served basis.
